How to connect the WiFi?
Step 1: Load battery, the device will automatically turn on, please wait 30 seconds (the green light flashes about 30 times).
Step 2: Open the mobile app "Tuya" or "Smart Life", click the "+" in the upper right corner, and select "Add Device".
Then you need to press the device four times in quick succession. Put the device into connection mode, and the phone will automatically search and discover it.
Step 3: Click "Add" and enter your WIFI account and password, it only supports 2.4GHz frequency. When connecting, try to keep your phone and device close to your router, and a strong signal can complete the connection more quickly.
How to test the smoke?
In the smoke test, you can inhale a puff of smoke, and then use a straw to spray the smoke into the side gap of the device, so that the smoke enters the interior, and the sensor will recognize the smoke and issue an alarm sound. (Note: 11 round holes in the surface are sound outlets)
When the device is abnormal in use, please try to replace another brand of new battery first, because the smoke sensor is a low-power device, it will be sensitive to battery voltage. According to the feedback of most users, the cause of the battery is more than 90%. After installing the new battery, wait 30 seconds, then press the device once to let it automatically check all functions.
