Q&A
Q : How should I do if failed to connect the camera and mobile?
A : 1. Please make sure the camera and mobile is in the same router;
2. Please check the router have the DHCP function enabled, and Connected WIFI;
3. Please make sure the WIFI signal is strong enough at the camera location, higher than 3 cells is much better;
4. If there is no problem mentioned above, but still not work. Please use the pin to press and hold the Reset button for 15s to reset the camera before connecting the camera. You will hear "Camera Reset " at a successful reset, and wait 5-8s you will hear "Camera starting up" then try to connect the WIFI again.
Q : Why I can't get the notifications on my phone?
A : Please turn back to camera setting and check if alarm button on.
Q: Is this a wireless camera, built in battery, no need of power supply?
A: No, it comes with a DC12V 1A power supply, no battery built-in.
Q: Why this camera not supported my Home Assistant or NAS system?
A: This camera only supports XMeye、EseeCloud NVR DVR's ONVIF protocol, other third party not for sure; please contact us for further confirmation.

Q: how many cameras can be added in the app
A: no qty limit, and you could add max 4 cameras in one view, then you can view 4 cameras at one time.
Q: How to set up the camera?
A:
1. Install cam720 from Googe play or iOS store app on your phone to allow all permissions like GPS location service etc;
2. Register a cam720 account with your email address (you need to register in the app, then enter the correct code), then login;
3. Power on the camera;
4. Click +, choose wifi or cable method to continue;
5. Waiting for while, then it will say: camera is online, then refresh the live page, the video will appear.
Q: How to add the camera to NVR via onvif?
1. configure camera to the network:
1) by Wifi, configure the network in the cam720 app;
2) by cable, can directly inserted the network cable to the port of the camera, or configure by cable in the app
3) 5MP by bluetooth, easy to set up.(3MP not supported yet)
2. Add in NVR system:
1) Make sure that the NVR and the camera are in the same network segment (under the same router), for example: 192.168.1.xx, the NVR uses the DHCP function to network
2) Use the ONVIF protocol to add, port: 8899, user name: admin, onvif password: check in cam720 app(there is a defaulted password, users can modify it by themselves, the operation path in the app: Settings /Camera Parameters/ Security Settings/change password)

Return and refund procedure
To receive a refund for the returned product, please follow the step-by-step procedure below:

Step 2. Process the return request. Once the return request has been sent, our Country-Mouse will contact you within a maximum period of 2 working days and will provide you with the return address or a return logistics label, if the case is by the points, previously mentioned.
Step 3. Return of your product. You must return the product without undue delay, taking into account the times indicated in this case, within 30 days, from the day you receive the order.
Step 4. The refund term is within 10 days. Country-Mouse.com will refund all payments received from you, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 10 days from the day you informed us of your decision to terminate the contract.

Order Cancellation:
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately after the purchase by email at info@Country-Mouse.com, indicating your request for cancellation (please note that you have a maximum of 3 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation). The refund will be issued using the same payment method. Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Please be aware that if the order is cancelled at the customer's request, a 5% payment processing fee will not be refunded.
